2023 Surveillance Audit for ISO 9001 Certification – Results and Future Prospects
The 2023 surveillance audit for ISO 9001 certification has just concluded on 26 October.
The 2023 surveillance audit for the ISO 9001 Certification has just been completed. The purpose of the Certification, which had Eng. as Lead Auditor. Torchio, were the following points:
> Design and construction of civil and industrial buildings and related technological systems.
> Provision of General Contracting services.
> Design and installation of photovoltaic systems.
The Audit Group (GA) conducted an audit through sampling for the processes focused on the aspects of risks, significant objectives, required by the reference standard, based on the information available at the time of the audit.
Techniques such as:
> Interviews.
> Activity observations.
> Review of documents and records.
> Specific visit to a construction site in Umbria.
In particular, during the morning of Thursday 26 October it was carefully evaluated by Eng. Torchio, the management's approach to taking the company forward.
All the implementations of the procedures related to the organization of Inveco Holding SpA were exposed by the CEO Dr. Filippo Barbetti.
All transitional documents were evaluated during the audit, such as the new organizational chart, divided by business units and the new monitoring managed on the company PDMs (improvement plans).
Lastly, the hours of training given to the entire Inveco team were evaluated and in this case those of the new figures/resources added to the workforce.
The management has also made it clear that it wants to try to extend its certification in 2024 to also include ISO 14001 and to start undertaking the path aimed at ESG certification in 2025.
On the afternoon of Thursday 26 October, the newly built plant of our client Modulo Tools was visited in San Giustino (PG).
The correspondence between the executive project and the as-built implementation was verified, and the production monitoring of the 134 kW system was analysed.
In the morning, all other formal documentation, the subject of the surveillance plan, was evaluated and finally the final review of the audit was carried out.
In conclusion, the Audit Group organization has established and maintained the management system in compliance as required by the standard and demonstrated the system's ability to systematically achieve the defined requirements for the products/services in line with the purpose and objectives/policy of the Organization.
Furthermore, no specific corrective actions were initiated by the Lead Auditor and the outcome of the audit was extremely positive, with no observations and no non-conformities.
