Anodall Extrusion S.p.A.: new 3 mW photovoltaic plant project
On 5 June 2023, the managing director Dr. Filippo Barbetti signed an order with Marco Pedrocchi (CEO Anodall) for the future installation and construction of a 3 mW photovoltaic system.
Let's start from the beginning of the commercial relationship between Inveco and Anodall which has recently led to the signing of a contract that will see us active in the Veneto precisely in the Municipality of Trevenzuolo (VR).
We started in October 2022 with the first feasibility study which involved the construction of a 900 kW plant.
Immediately after the first meeting, Ing Marco Pedrocchi expressed his will to us, namely that of obtaining a more considerable and impactful nominal plant power.
Thanks to the fruitful collaboration of the Project Manager Arch. Alberto Minozzi, Anodall came to the conclusion that to obtain the desired powers, the project had to be framed as a whole with the renovation of 15,000 square meters of the roof of the main plant.
This intervention would have allowed us to increase the system from 900 kW to 2 mW on that single portion of the roof.
Anodall's strategic choice has become decisive by involving ISCOM S.p.A. in the project, a leading company in the industrial roofing sector, which with its "riverclack" patent can develop large-surface roofing projects, guaranteeing 100% watertightness .
In fact, with this system, the photovoltaic system is fully integrated into the roof without holes and brackets of any kind.
Finally, the last mW was designed on the remaining roofs of the Trevenzuolo plant, thus arriving at the desired power since the origin of Ing Pedrocchi.
The photovoltaic modules that will be used are the JINKO SOLAR Tiger Neo N-type JKM564-585N-72HL4 (570 watt model), combined with GROWATT 125KTL 3-XLV multi-string inverters.
Just to show the magnitude of this project, something like 100 km of solar cables will be used to form the strings of the system.
The plant will be divided into 4 distinct portions by type of roof.
- Portion 1 (riverclack) 2,042.31 kWp, number of modules 3,583.
- Portion 2 (shed) 287.28 kWp, number of modules 504.
- Portion 3 (offices) 63.84 kWp, number of modules 112.
- Portion 4 (2nd plant) 610.47 kWp, number of modules 1,071.
The turnkey intervention, including the design and installation of the system, will last from June to December 2023.
In the coming weeks, our engineers will draw up the executive project which will feature 4 equivalent plant sections, which will be connected on the basis of the division of consumption of the industrial plant on four medium voltage transformers.
Thanks to this plant capable of generating 3,295,000 kWh annually, Anodall will be 25% autonomous with respect to its own consumption.
In fact, 95% of the annual producibility will be aimed at self-consumption, considerably reducing the operating costs of electricity, allowing the customer an economic return on the investment (Payback Time <5 years).
The remaining energy will be fed into the national grid, mainly in the month of August.
With this important investment, Anodall is betting on industrial sustainability and does so by giving life to one of the most important "rooftop" projects in Veneto and Northern Italy.
Our philosophy went perfectly with that of our new client, where renewable energy is both the protagonist and accomplice of our future.
In the coming months we will give you constant information on this project, taking close-up photos and with our drone.
