The installation and connection works of the 602 kW photovoltaic system on the industrial roof of the Casalmorano (CR) plant of our customer Castello Italia S.p.a. were completed on time.
The new plant was tested and went into operation. The 1.116 photovoltaic modules from which it is composed are the 540 Watt Jinko Solar Tiger neo, a very large and powerful module that goes very well with the current industrial coverage, to which 5 Huawei SUN2000-100KTL-M1 inverters are connected.
The plant will be able to generate energy immediately. The estimates of average annual producibility stand at 670.000 kWh on average per year of which 96% will be self-consumed and the remaining 4% fed into the network.
Thanks to the self-produced energy of the sun, Castello Italia S.p.a. it will save about 30% in terms of energy costs every year, repaying the investment made in just 5 years.
The works that our team carried out in the Casalmorano plant also involved the complete renovation of the skylights placed on the industrial roof.
We are proud of this new project which is nothing more than a further step towards the ecological transition of the Italian industrial sector.
The 555 Jinko Solar-Tiger Neo-N type photovoltaic modules, 565 watt each, were installed in record time. A latest generation model that we were able to source thanks to the consolidated direct relationship we have with the Chinese parent company. This panel has a module efficiency-STC of 21.87% among the highest in the world currently on the market.
The Tm Benne plant is our 10th contracted plant in 2022. A 313 kWp plant capable of generating over 375,000 kWh of electricity on an annual basis which will allow our customer 67% energy independence, already from January 2023.
3 SOFAR Inverters of 100 KTL-HV were also installed in this plant.
Given the great shortage of primary technological products on the Italian market, we were afraid of not being able to supply the inverters in time but, thanks to the efficiency of our purchasing department, we found them from a German distributor who will guarantee us supplies also in 2023.
A very busy year comes to an end. We have installed systems from Vibo Valencia to Cremona, covering the requests of our customers throughout almost the entire national territory.
Also in the coming year we will line up alongside all the highly energy-intensive manufacturing companies that want to invest in photovoltaics.
Keep following us! Soon we will publish our new projects ready to be built starting from the month of January.
Stay tuned with INVECO, Industrial Partner and Renewable Energy.
The installation work of the 602 kW photovoltaic system that we are preparing on the industrial roof of our customer Castello Italia S.p.A. continues rapidly.
Our plan calls for the plant to be fully installed, tested and ready to go into operation by 20 December.
In the photos we show the installation of the first 300 Jinko Solar Tiger neo 540 Watt photovoltaic modules. A very large and powerful module that goes very well with the current industrial coverage.
In these first days of work, 12 pallets of 31 modules were hauled up. Our crew of basically four operators plans to mount around 150 panels a day.
According to schedule, weather permitting, the roof paneling works will end between 13 and 14 December 2022.
We will provide you with more information once the plant is completed, showing you images shot by our construction site drone.
Believing in solar energy means believing in the future, giving value to any work environment.
Stay tuned! We will show you more projects soon because the sun also generates energy in winter!
In recent months, the company has devoted a lot of energy and time to developing energy projects both as its own instrumental investments and as a contractor service for our primary customers.
The company has managed to perform beyond expectations, creating a true internal division capable of designing, proposing, managing and building large industrial plants at the service of specific consumption related to production activities.
To obtain the results achieved, each resource has been put to the test both in terms of working hours and professional capacity, the most important thing however is the acquired value behind each of our projects.
The comments of the main actors in our projects
"Carpe diem ... We were good but also lucky I would add, that we were able to" seize the moment "by glimpsing behind the energy crisis, the opportunity to develop large-scale projects for investments on our own and for our customers. Key plant solutions in hand made in record time with benefits and long-term energy saving prospects ".
Dott. Filippo Barbetti
CEO Gruppo Inveco
"The higher cost of energy has been the driving force for a process of free installation of photovoltaic systems on the roofs of buildings: without any prior authorization, today installing a" roof top "system is equivalent to carrying out routine maintenance. More and more companies are therefore about to undertake with enthusiasm the opportunities of an energy transition and independence, today more than ever indispensable ".
Ing. Andrea Girelli
Energy Management & Renewables
Gruppo Inveco
"New challenges, new opportunities."
"Although we have been active in the renewable energy sector for years, the expensive energy of these times has led customers to a new sensitivity to this issue as well as the simplification of bureaucratic processes has helped to streamline the authorization process. New activities to manage that however, they do not change the corporate mission which is always to build a trusting relationship with the customer that will accompany us along the whole path to take together. To the next challenges !! "
Ing. Matteo Pierotti

Conclusions
We are convinced that the path we have taken up to now will bring us great professional satisfaction, we are convinced of it because we have succeeded in the largest enterprise, that is to create a team and standardized and scalable management processes, capable of quickly coping with all industrial needs and with high added value.
The energy revolution we are experiencing is our daily stimulus, the search for technical, innovative and performing solutions, is the true company mission.
Keep following us…. Because even in winter, THE SUN PRODUCES ENERGY.
2022 is nearing its end. We want to anticipate with this short news all the companies that in this difficult year have made the courageous choice to become energy self-sufficient. Important companies that have invested in us but above all have invested in their future.
Making a plant energy efficient does not only require the installation of the photovoltaic system. Of vital importance, if necessary, is the remaking of the industrial roof. Our twenty years of know-how as a general contractor of industrial construction has allowed us to obtain exceptional results for our customers.
Here is a list of our energy partners with their related jobs:
Dayco Europe Srl - San Bernardo D’Ivrea (TO)> completely rebuilt the shed roof of the plant and installed a photovoltaic system of 832.96 kWp. All this does and will save the customer about € 208,000 per year with a consequent amortization of all investments in about 4 years;
Plados Telma Spa - Montecassiano (MC)> 477 kWp photovoltaic system installed. All this does and will save the environment about 207 tons of CO2 per year and the customer about € 119,000 per year with a consequent amortization of all investments in about 4 years;
Modulo Srl - Umbertide (PG)> 384 kWp photovoltaic system installed. The plant produces 422,400 kWh on average per year, of which 85% aimed at direct self-consumption, while the remaining 15% fed into the network. The customer will obtain net savings of approximately € 96,000 per year with consequent amortization of all investments in approximately 4 years;
Alessandro Gherardi Srl - Pieve Santo Stefano (AR)> 212 kWp photovoltaic system installed. The plant produces 265,000 kWh on average per year, of which 90% aimed at direct self-consumption, while the remaining 10% fed into the network. The customer will obtain net savings of approximately € 53,000 per year with consequent amortization of all investments in approximately 4 years. On this site we have also created the new safety system for roofs with lifelines.
Rustichella d'Abruzzo Spa - Pianella (PE)> completely redone the roof with the installation of a 10 cm insulating mat which will allow a very important energy efficiency. Two layers of slated sheath have been placed on top of it, capable of waterproofing the ad hoc roof. A first 120 kWp photovoltaic system installed. A second 350 kWp plant will be completed by the end of 2022. The work carried out to date will allow savings of approximately € 30,000 per year;
BKW Industrie Srl - Perugia> 85 kWp photovoltaic system installed. The plant will largely meet our customer's annual consumption (about 70,000 kWh) and the remaining self-generated energy (about 30,000 kWh) will go to the grid. All this makes the customer about € 22,000 per year with a consequent amortization of all investments in about 4 years;
Keep following us. We have other projects in the pipeline by the end of the year. We will try in our news to tell you about our work.
