The Group was founded in 1995 by the initiative of its founder and current President Fernando Barbetti, who relying on the expertise of a long entrepreneurial tradition in the construction and prefabrication industry, in a phase in which European industries looked out for the great challenge of globalization and internationalization, understood the importance for the customer to be able to count on a partner that knows how to coordinate and take charge of all of the activities and responsibilities of a new project, leading it with safety at every stage of the settlement and solving all types of environment uncertainty. Experience on the field confirms the validity of the GENERAL CONTRACTOR profile, a business model that focuses on the set of skills and expertise necessary for the TURKEY realization of industrial plants and their facilities equipment.

This formula, which INVECO perfected in Italy within the automotive components sector – that will in fact result as the main field of activity – is then replicated successfully in many other countries, such as North and Central and South America, Asia, North Africa, East Europe.
To support at best these activities and optimize the integration in the territory, the Group has gradually formed a NETWORK OF LOCAL COMPANIES that belongs to the headquarters of INVECO HOLDING SPA, based in Perugia – Italy. During these years the Company organization, consistent with the vision of the CEO Filippo Barbetti, was refined and strengthened especially in the vital functions of project management and procurement, consolidating as a particular strength the ability to select, coordinate and manage a complex network of operators, suppliers and subcontractors of absolute guarantee in every phase of the activity.
