The second Quarter of 2023 ended 20 days ago and with this news we want to draw a first provisional balance that sees us as protagonists on the market as an industrial General Contractor and in the installation of important photovoltaic systems.
In 2022 we had achieved significant results: 10 new orders and an increase in turnover of more than €2.2 million.
In the first 6 months of 2023 there are 7 new orders, and by the end of the year they will lead to a further increase in turnover of over 2 million euros compared to the previous year and by over 4 million compared to 2021.
For the remaining months of the current year, as well as for most of 2024, we have important industrial projects in the pipeline with multinationals in the industrial manufacturing sector that are entrusting their investments to our team.
This makes us proud and responsible at the same time, as our projects start from specific industrial needs and have, as a key prerogative, trust in our Group.
In this period of growth, which does not only concern the current year, but which significantly invests both 2022 and largely 2021, the Inveco Group, in addition to creating and managing new industrial projects, has grown a lot in terms of assets.
The real estate assets recorded in the balance sheet exceed €10 million, while plant energy assets, after the completion of the last Workmec SpA project, have grown organically year after year, reaching a consolidated value of more than €3 million.
At a strategic level, we will continue with the right mix of "project development for third parties + own investments", designed to ensure long-term consolidation prospects.
Growth must also be seen, and above all, at an organizational level.
In recent months, with many complications, we have had to create a front-line staff ready to meet the direct needs of the construction site.
The greatest difficulties encountered concerned the recruitment of specialized personnel, such as for example "electricians" and "roofers", as the "eco-bonus bubble" has greatly inflated the job market in the construction sector in general.
However, with diligence and perspicacity, we succeeded in our endeavour, and created a front-line direct division.
The Group is ready to face new challenges, careful to evaluate the rapid changes in the market and the general needs of the industrial sector.
We are strongly convinced that our business model works, because we stand by every potential customer who sees the Inveco Group as the ideal partner to whom to entrust their industrial investments.
Our "turnkey" service as General Contractor, mainly consisting of, "engineering + direct implementation of industrial projects", ** WORKS ** and makes our ** PARTNERS ** aware and proud of having chosen us.
We do the first feasibility study for free, listening to the specific needs of the future partner, with technical inspections and evaluating every aspect of the industrial context on site.
For your new industrial project choose Gruppo Inveco.
Our technical team is always operational to respond to your needs.
