Pre-construction services
The preparation of the feasibility study is an activity that lasts for several weeks. First of all an interlocutory meeting is held with the customer, where all the main characteristics of the new project are analyzed. The research phase of the production site / industrial area is the main part. Generally two / three alternative solutions are offered to the customer.
At the customer’s request, the preliminary order budget can be developed.
General contracting services
Services related to the complete attribution of the design and all the essential steps to originate the work the customer needs. The contract must include, besides the works or services requested, the sum of the available budget, the general conditions and the technical specifications to carry out the project desired by the client.
We develop agreements with suppliers of raw materials or companies specialized in carrying out construction, renovation, plant engineering works and all the services necessary to respect and carry out the project.
To comply with these duties we make use of “subcontractors”, which are generally individuals with a high degree of experience and professionalism to whom we usually turn and with whom we have relationships of trust, so as to ensure full reliability and safety to the customer.
For the end customer we are the only contractual partner.
