The Inveco Group on many industrial and commercial initiatives is a real estate partner of the customer, directly supporting the investment and signing a multi-year lease contract.
Service
After drawing up the feasibility study, that is, after having validated the key points of the new project together with the customer, the service is submitted to the customer.
Our proposition mainly concerns:
- The overall quantification of the investment including the design, construction management and general testing phases;
- The determination together with the customer of the equity that will be invested and the financial leverage to be activated with leading credit institutions;
- The determination together with the customer of the financial advance that the same will be willing nto recognize and the related refund methods;
- The determination of the long-term rental value.
