Greenfield Project: new 3 MW ground-mounted photovoltaic system
Construction in 2 steps of a new photovoltaic system a few km from the A-14 motorway exit "Foggia Centro".
For this new photovoltaic system we are located in Foggia, precisely a few km from the A-14 motorway exit "FOGGIA CENTRO", where we have developed a new project that involves the construction of a large system in two steps.
The photovoltaic system in question will be on the ground of approximately 3 MW and foresees the construction in two steps.
- First step 1 MW.
- Second step 2 MW.
In recent months, we would like to clarify that the project has obtained the PAS (simplified authorization procedure) from the Municipality of Foggia, and the TICA of Enel Distribuzione SpA, of the first step, has been accepted.
The TICA (integrated text of active connections) establishes the methods and technical-economic conditions for connecting electricity production plants to the national grid.
During this period we talked and negotiated with an investment fund, a special purpose company under Italian law, which carried out a lengthy diligence and took over the entire first step of the project and optioned the second.
The construction site for the first step will begin in October and from a technical point of view our operational mission will be that of coordination and project management, until the photovoltaic plant is put into operation.
As General Contractor we will continue to develop similar projects, which start from the search for the land and the industrial site, up to the drafting of a "turnkey" design feasibility study.
This kind of work, extremely long and complex, is both ambitious and qualifying and allows us to deploy all our professionalism and not only on rooftop projects (plants on industrial roofing).
