Molini Spigadoro S.p.A.: Commencement of Construction on New Photovoltaic Facility.
The installation work for the 431kW photovoltaic system has commenced.
In April, the leadership of INVECO and SPIGADORO signed a turnkey contract for the development of a significant photovoltaic plant aimed at self-consumption for the plant of the new client.
Construction work officially began on Monday, May 6, with our team engaged throughout the month, aiming to complete the installation by June 10.
This project is part of the EU "Agri-solar Park" initiative - Investment 2.2 of the PNRR Mission 2 "Green Revolution and Ecological Transition"; Component 1 "Circular Economy and Sustainable Agriculture".
The project renders demonstrate the architectural integration of a photovoltaic system installed on old industrial buildings, in a hybrid context near the historic center of Bastia Umbra (PG).
This integration respects urban planning constraints on one hand and will enable the facility to achieve over 30% energy autonomy on the other.
The facility is composed of four specific sections that will be installed across four separate buildings:
> Offices: 238 Jinko Solar modules of 480 watts each and a Growatt 100 TL inverter.
> Former pasta factory: 301 Jinko Solar modules of 480 watts each and a Growatt 125 TL inverter.
> Former printing center: 178 Jinko Solar modules of 480 watts each and a Growatt 80 TL inverter.
> Offices: 181 Jinko Solar modules of 480 watts each and a Growatt 80 TL inverter.
The photos below display the initial modules of the "office section" installed on concrete ballasts oriented East/West with a tilt angle of 8 degrees.
"With the launch of another significant photovoltaic project and the acquisition of a new client, we are pleased to see that the current year is reinforcing the positive outlook of recent months. This is particularly significant for energy-intensive industrial companies, as it underscores the importance of pursuing energy autonomy. During our commercial negotiations, we focus on illustrating the potential for energy self-sufficiency that could arise from installing our systems. This promotes not only production efficiency but also an ethical commitment to sustainability principles. The Italian manufacturing industry is increasingly becoming aware of the importance of sustainability and the benefits of energy saving. Our projects are not only a tangible example of this awareness but also a robust commercial demonstration of our ability to meet these emerging needs."
Filippo Barbetti, CEO of Gruppo Inveco.
Anyone interested in developing an industrial project related to the installation of a photovoltaic system, as well as a comprehensive 360-degree approach covering both plant engineering and industrial construction, is invited to contact us by sending an email detailing the specific industrial requirements of their company's plant.
We would be pleased to assist you by conducting site visits and technical meetings aimed at preparing an initial feasibility study, completely free of charge.
