Monitoring of the plants built in 2023
Monitoring a photovoltaic system is a decidedly important activity, let's see some specific cases of our latest achievements.
The first maintenance of a photovoltaic system is its remote management through the monitoring system.
Monitoring a plant is a very simple exercise, but at the same time it is very important to do it methodically throughout the day.
We at INVECO, for example, monitor all the systems we build, both our own and those on behalf of third parties, at least 3 times a day:
> Morning;
> Lunchtime;
>Evening.
The first two years after entry into operation, the remote control activity, through the monitoring system, is included in the turnkey contract. All of this exempts the customer from performing this function.
Let's see some examples, measuring forecast data from the monitoring system with actual and final production data.
In the examples below we have sampled 3 plants built in 2023 and 3 different monitoring systems.
CASTELLO ITALIA SpA
602 kW photovoltaic system, SOLARMAN Business monitoring system, logged on SOFAR inverter.
In this first photo, it can be seen from the monitoring system that on 20.07.2023 the plant was producing at 1.20 pm, 374 kW.
At the same time, the plant at full capacity was able to self-consume 100% of the energy generated.
In this second photo, on the other hand, it is substantially highlighted that the producibility of the month of June 2023, equal to 85,320 kWh, was lower than the forecast data table of our simulation system, which indicates a production forecast equal to 96,207 kW.
However, if we consider that the plant was offline from 3 to 5 June due to technical problems, promptly resolved by our maintenance team, the actual final data was decidedly in line with the forecast data.
ICSS GROUP SpA
387 kW photovoltaic system, I&C PLANT MANAGEMENT by Growatt monitoring system, logged on GROWATT inverter.
In this first photo, it can be seen from the monitoring system that on 26.07.2023 the plant was producing 294 kW at 12:35.
At the same time, the plant at full capacity was able to self-consume 100% of the energy generated.
In this second photo, on the other hand, it is substantially highlighted that the producibility of the month of June 2023, equal to 62,300 kWh, was higher than the forecast data table of our simulation system, which indicates a production forecast equal to 61,368 kW.
Interesting, in the Growatt interface, is the automatic indexing of the equivalent value in € saved, on plant consumption.
The monitoring system shows a saving of €5,790 in the month of July alone.
RUSTICHELLA D’ABRUZZO SpA
150 kW photovoltaic system, FUSIONSOLAR monitoring system, logged on HUAWEI inverter.
In this first photo, it can be seen from the monitoring system that on 23.07.2023 the plant was producing 106 kW at 12:50.
Unfortunately, unless with a specific smartlogger interconnected to the TV-TA of the plant's low voltage switchboard, Huawei does not give us instantaneous consumption data.
In this second photo, on the other hand, it is substantially highlighted that the producibility of the first 27 days of July 2023, equal to 23,170 kWh, is in line with the forecast data of our simulation system, which indicates a monthly production forecast of 27,278 kW.
In conclusion, in addition to what is shown in the previous figures, the monitoring systems can be set by the user including many other important information, such as:
The reduction of dispersion of tons of CO2 in the environment.
The equivalent of planting trees.
In our opinion, the daily management that the user will want to do with it is significant.
In the services that we are providing to our customers, the monitoring system interconnected with the instantaneous consumption of the plant is certainly an added value that must be seen as the beginning of the "energy management" process aimed at an energy audit aimed at demonstrating the sustainability of industrial production.
Having an efficient industrial plant, autonomous from an energy point of view and constantly monitored during the phases of the day, means significant savings on operating costs, recovering the investment in a few months.
You too become sustainable and invest in photovoltaics, our installations interconnected to our services differ from green washing operations.
Anyone interested in similar projects can write to us by sending an email with specific needs and references. We will be happy to assist our industrial partners at any time.
