Castello Italia S.p.a - Casalmorano (CR)
It is the sixth plant that entered into operation in 2023, precisely on 2 February.
The 602 kW photovoltaic system was built on the industrial roof of the Casalmorano (CR) plant of our customer Castello Italia S.p.a.
1,116 Jinko Solar Tiger neo 540 Watt photovoltaic modules, a very large and powerful module that goes very well with the current industrial coverage, to which 5 SOFAR-100KTL-M1 inverters and 1,116 TIGO optimizers are connected which have the dual function of optimizing the system in the event of shading and to instantly cut off the direct current on the roof in the event of a fire.
The estimates of average annual producibility amounted to 670,000 kWh on average per year, of which 96% will be self-consumed and the remaining 4% fed into the grid.
Thanks to the self-produced solar energy, Castello Italia S.p.a will save about 30% in terms of energy costs every year.

Anodall Extrusion S.p.A.
On 5 June 2023, the managing director Dr. Filippo Barbetti signed an order with Marco Pedrocchi (CEO Anodall) for the future installation and construction of a 3 mW photovoltaic system.
The contract will see us active in the Veneto precisely in the Municipality of Trevenzuolo (VR).
Thanks to the collaboration of the Project Manager Arch. Alberto Minozzi, Anodall came to the conclusion that to obtain the desired powers, the project had to be framed as a whole with the renovation of 15,000 square meters of the roof of the main plant.
This intervention would have allowed us to increase the system from 900 kW to 2 mW on that single portion of the roof.
Anodall's strategic choice has become decisive by involving ISCOM S.p.A. in the project, a leading company in the industrial roofing sector, which with its "riverclack" patent can develop large-surface roofing projects, guaranteeing 100% watertightness.
Finally, the last mW was designed on the remaining roofs of the Trevenzuolo plant, thus arriving at the desired power since the origin of Ing Pedrocchi.
The photovoltaic modules that will be used are the JINKO SOLAR Tiger Neo N-type JKM564-585N-72HL4 (570 watt model), combined with GROWATT 125KTL 3-XLV multi-string inverters.
The plant will be divided into 4 distinct portions by type of roof.
> Portion 1 (riverclack) 2,042.31 kWp, number of modules 3,583.
> Portion 2 (shed) 287.28 kWp, number of modules 504.
> Portion 3 (offices) 63.84 kWp, number of modules 112.
> Portion 4 (2nd plant) 610.47 kWp, number of modules 1,071.
Thanks to this plant capable of generating 3,295,000 kWh annually, Anodall will be 25% autonomous with respect to its own consumption.
In fact, 95% of the annual producibility will be aimed at self-consumption, considerably reducing the operating costs of electricity, allowing the customer an economic return on the investment (Payback Time <5 years).
The remaining energy will be fed into the national grid, mainly in the month of August.

The two plants that will start in October are for customers Rustichella D'abruzzo SpA (Pianella plant), Poliforce Srl.
Rustichella D’abruzzo S.p.A. (plant of Pianella) - EU Tender “Parco Agrisolare.
This project was also included in the EU tender "Parco Agrisolare" - Investment 2.2 of the PNRR Mission 2 "Green revolution and ecological transition", Component 1 "Circular economy and sustainable agriculture".
The intervention is aimed at the self-production of electricity through 614 Jinko Solar modules and 3 inverters.
The power of the photovoltaic system to be installed will be equal to 350 kWp with an energy production of approximately 455,000 kWh, capable of almost totally satisfying the energy needs of the two Pianella plants.
In the first plant, in Pianella in 2022, 150 kWp had already been installed for the same customer.
Poliforce S.r.l.
On July 10, we signed a new contract with the company POLIFORCE S.r.l. and this remains yet another testimony that in the spring we worked well in Gropello Cairoli, the headquarters of the ICSS Group.
Poliforce S.r.l. is a company belonging to the ICSS group, which deals with the design, production and wholesale of packaging and products in plastic, paper, synthetic and wooden materials.
At the time, we installed 384 kW allowing the plant to have 20% energy autonomy.
Instead, this new contract provides for the installation of 424 kW, 744 Jinko Solar modules of 570 watts and 3 Growatt inverters of 125 TL.
According to the plans, the customer will start the renovation work on the industrial roof in September and the plant will be built later in the Autumn.
On a forecast basis, it will be able to produce 474,000 kWh of clean energy annually, 80% of which is for self-consumption, i.e. around 380,000 kWh on an annual basis.
With this system, the Sermide (MN) plant will be 56% autonomous.

Finally, the mega project on the ground in the Municipality of Foggia where the works will begin in the coming months with completion expected by 31.12.2024.
Greenfield Project
The photovoltaic plant in question will be on the ground of approximately 3 MW and foresees the construction in two steps.
> First step 1 MW.
> Second step 2 MW.
The plant obtained the PAS (simplified authorization procedure) from the Municipality of Foggia, and the TICA of Enel Distribuzione S.p.A., of the first step, was accepted.
The TICA (integrated text of active connections) establishes the methods and technical-economic conditions for connecting electricity production plants to the national grid.
The construction site for the first step will begin in October and from a technical point of view our operational mission will be that of coordination and project management, until the photovoltaic plant is put into operation.
